Repair Request Form

After you complete the Repair Request Form, we will reach out to you via email to go over your repair. This initial correspondence is crucial as it allows us to gather any additional information needed.

We will arrange an appointment tailored to your schedule and provide detailed instructions for dropping off the item(s) at our shop in Toms River.

It's essential that you follow these instructions closely to ensure a smooth drop-off process.

Once your item(s) are on the workbench and have been thoroughly assessed by our technician, we will contact you promptly through email. This communication will include a comprehensive diagnosis and a detailed service quote, breaking down the necessary repairs and associated costs so that you can make an informed decision.

There is a flat $80/Per Item bench diagnostic fee paid at time of
drop off to determine what needs to be done to perform repair.
* $120 fee for Antique Radios, Console stereo's and large items.*
